Jacob Lawrence Web Design
Created while I was employed at Funny Garbage, this project included the creation of an educational website based on the work of artist Jacob Lawrence that would be used by educators and their students to learn about painting and the struggles of African-Americans after the Civil War as portrayed in Lawrence's work. The website coincided with the Whitney Museum of American Art's large exhibit of Jacob Lawrence's work at the time. I acted as art director/designer on this project working with a small team made up of a producer, production designer and programmer.
