Mariah Carey Website
From my tenure at Funny Garbage, I served as art director/designer on this project after one of my pitch designs was chosen by the client. Working in a small team of a producer, animator, and programmer, we collaborated closely with Mariah’s team to carry out detailed feedback. Her previous website was outdated and was in need of a total rebranding. We leveraged her deeply devoted fanbase, dubbed “lambs,” by creating a cartoon character representation. Animated modules (i.e. fluttering butterflies and rollerskating lamb character) on each webpage brought the site experience to life. I created the logotype for the Honey B. Fly fan club and downloadable desktop wallpapers. I also did extensive retouching to photos. Final promotional photography was supplied only weeks before the site launch.
